Can you try the following on each door. Does the one touch operation work? Does the window drop a few mm and close up again when you open and close the doors? My app was reporting the same and it turned out to be window issues.

iOS 12.0.1 came out today. It seems to have sorted the podcasts issue out that I demoed above. Can’t comment on the connect reconnect issue though. The issue of opening Google maps and not being able to go back to the CarPlay menu persists. Getting there slowly.......

Only rattle from the passenger side on my 2017 S5 is when the seatbelt clip is too low and rattles against the B pillar. Quick lean over and pull it up fixes it until someone readjusts it.

My 2017 S5 has slight hesitation in any mode except dynamic, however I do not find it too noticeable, I may just be used to it? Interested to see where this goes as I’m with Belfast Audi also......

Mine was in the dealers today to get the window issue sorted. They fixed it but told me they had just reset the window. They did that last year when I had the problem also.

007dan91, how did you find running the cables from the front dash cam along the windscreen and down the A pillar? Was it easy to get them hidden? Have been considering cameras but just not sure how easy it is to hide the cables in the A pillar.

Wiper linkage had too much slack in it so a new one has been ordered from Germany. Hopefully will be in next week. A faulty door module has been identified as the fault for the child lock and one touch window issue. The coolant fan was at fault that caused the engine warning/right rpm...

Got exactly the same warning. See thread http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/my-2018-s5-my-catalogue-of-errors.356073/ Get the car booked in. Even though the warning disappears from the screen, it is still logged on the system, so the diagnostics will pick it up.

They said that the wiper assembly needs to be taken out to rectify. They did state that it hits the rubber part of the A pillar so no damage is being done. Apparently the issue has occurred on the A1’s but was hitting metal and causing damage.

As above, read the other posts. You can do a reset on your window that may resolve it. However, best bet is to report it to your dealer and see if they can advise. The more reports that Audi HQ receive on this, the more likely a permanent fix can be found. ps: I had the issue also :)

Not sure whether the recent iOS 11 releases or individual Amazon/Spotify app updates have resolved it, but its working now a hell of a lot better than it had been.
