Are you in touch with audi UK about it? Might be time to start finding email addresses of senior Audi people in both UK and Germany and taking to social media. Sadly I find this is the only way to prompt action in these situations.

Liverpool Audi struggling with it mate?

Ive had really terrible service from Liverpool Audi or fantastic - never anywhere in the middle. My S5 is going in on 4th for three rattles to be attended too. Drivers door, central speaker and pan roof. Glad it was fixed though mate.
