Just wondered if anyone has used these on the A3. i have the on my coupe and they are a good bit of kit. just wanted some reviews and photos of what the 30mm drop looks like.
I'm thinking of removing it on a 2012, i don't what it to happen. i may just have a look at the condition by hide it, i think that would be the best option
Iv been told by a couple of my mates with Seats, Golfs and Audis that the manufactures but a sponge sort of thing behind the inner arch to stop suspension noise and that i should remove them as it causes the wings to rust. i was just wondering how much truth there was behind this
She wanted Black but i took her to see this and just feel in love with the colour. she's doing 25k a year all motorway miles and i thought black would just start looking really bad with the stone chips.
I purchased extra clips. so the back are held on by 2 of them. the back windows are never...
Thanks all, i gave it a good clean today progress photos will be up tomorrow, here is a photo shoot i did today just for a bit of practise before modified nationals :)
i was feeling pretty rusty but i was pretty happy how they turned out.
I bought it off eBay tbh lol its supposed to be ibis white but you can tell its a little different, but its made out of white plastic so if it does get stone chips you won't really be able to tell. same as the rear badge thats made out of black plastic about £8 each so bargain really :)
so this is how it stands now. i get some photos on here when its all cleaned up :) oh and would like to thank the old owner for upgrading the headlights when they bought it :)
what you all think of what iv done so far?
anti theft dust caps unless they really want them and bring a set of allen keys lol
she wanted garland lol so got her a white one to go with the car
test fitted her private plates and added wind deflectors
Picked it up yesterday and i had a full day of doing little touches today. Tomorrow il give it a full clean followed by a mini photoshoot :) love having time off work.
photos when we went to see it.
