Thanks so much! It worked, problem was, the last owner of the car had the car broke into and they must of bust up the 32 pin as the purple clip is all snapped etc, thankyou mate

Yeah factory fitted, it must be an issue with either the actual tune2air or the AMI as the radio etc still works, what do you mean RNs? Yeah I’ve tried another device and still no luck

It’s plugged into the AMI in the glovebox
