    BBT 430X

Without datalogging it's impossible to say. The extra flow may be pushing the limit of your fuel system. You can certainly drive it without a heavy right foot. Rick

cr 170 dpf delete & remap

You are never going to know how your clutch is going to hold up. Quattro is always going to be harder on it than the 2wd. However a standard non warn clutch will hold up. The first graph posted is "riding on the MAF limiter" Basically the torque follows the boost and you get spiky delivery...

    2.0TFSI Boost

Told you it wouldn't be the turbo :) A quick look at some data by someone who knows what they are doing can save a fortune!

    2.0TFSI Boost

It wont be the turbo if the fault is flagged straight away. You need to have somebody check the measuring values in VCDS to deduce what is going on. First check what actual boost pressure is reading when engine is idling.

Leshkin's Sepang Blue S3 Money Pit Project

Yea, your car is quite knock limited for some reason. The haze shouldn't be there at all, some of the fuel that is getting injected just isn't getting burnt which is the nature of the injectors in this setup. Use flat top forged pistons and it doesn't happen. Rick

Leshkin's Sepang Blue S3 Money Pit Project

Is she still smoking under full load? I can't seem to sort this on the current RS3 injectors and OE pistons. Flat top pistons seem to be much better for this, Rick

    Boost graph, comparison? 2.0 tfsi

2nd gear is over too quickly to give a meaningful log. You really want to be starting out in 4th. But, there is nothing horrendous showing up there. The chances are the actuator will be a little weak as this is pretty common but the best cars will only manage around 14.5 psi on the standard...

Log your N75 duty cycle, it's in block 118. There we can see how hard the turbo is working. Rick

Wagner, Airtec stage 2 and APR

Ok, a little miss information here. Like for Like, Tube and Fin flow better and cool very similar to bar and plate. They are also significantly lighter. Bar and plate are used by most aftermarket companies as they are much easier to make, especially in small volume. Special tooling is...

    S3 Stage 3(ish) question again

You either need RS3 or 4 injectors or a 165 bar fuel pressure valve for the fuelling. Wagner intercoolers give the best results, they flow incredibly well. We have never seen 420 bhp from a TTE420 or any hybeid K04, so it depends on the Dyno used. 412 is the most, with most around 400bhp...
