0.7 hrs labour is £100 which is what I was quoted for an oil change so defo consider doing the plugs yourself it took me half hour last weekend just be careful not to break the coil pack connector clips. You need a 16mm spark plug socket and a torque wrench. Would go for NGK Platinum.
Ok change of plan with the RNS-E due to just buying some new wheels and tyres !!

I didn't realise he was giving me a discount but he is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help. It's not a local dealer but one I first made contact with through eBay - even with postage it makes it worthwhile as I know I'm getting the right part first time and he sends me ETKA screenshots...

I've recently switched to CarPro Iron X and been very impressed. Still early days so can't comment on long term usage but it does state that it's acid free and Ph balanced so less aggressive than wonder wheels that I have used in the past. That eventually made the speed line logo disappear from...
I've had this issue in the past - had to resort to a small screwdriver to carefully provide additional leverage at the top of the quadlock to radio body. Ordered a new quadlock from nexxia.co.uk for about a fiver.
Hmm, after driving the car yesterday I think I'm one click or 5 degrees or so off from having the wheel correctly centred. Is there anything in VCDS that can address this or do I need to pop it off and adjust the position on the splines ?
Fitted yesterday just bolted straight on. Had the usual ESP warning at first but tht went away after a short drive. Also lost one touch down on the windows due to the battery being disconnected but that worked again on next start up. Thanks RS for the original post wouldnt have known about the...
Just changed mine over - they do look and feel much better.
Drivers door took twice as long as the passenger door as you have to dismantle the arm rest to get at the mirror switch. Fitted ambient lights to the handles and warning lights whilst the door trine were off - looms from Robin ;o)
Very tempted !! - any idea what a dealer would charge to swap them over ? They dropped my bumper last week during the service in order to remove the headlights to Hoover the dead flies out of them so there can't be that much to it although that was done on warranty before it runs out.
Cheers.
