    Sounds like they are not error free bulbs, the control module assuming its been wired in properly or fitted at factory are sensitive to the type of LED bulbs, they need to be error free and even then some 'error free' bulbs can still cause issues, drop me a PM if you want some more info.

    Yeah that will be the cause of the hissing, its pulling in unmetered air so the engine will run a bit rough. Clean the pipe and surrounding area with some brake cleaner and its problem solved.

    Is the noise coming from this stub pipe? Put your finger over it to see if its an open stub pipe.
