If you're willing to spend £1000 on a milltek you're best off getting a quote from a company that can custom make exhausts, the welds on millteks aren't great and don't last. And I'd imagine you could use the down pipe off a 3 door, however you'd need to check part numbers of the two downpipes...

Quite easily, tapping the empty DPF with a spanner, you'll know its been gutted. Have a look into "terraclean" cleans the whole engine and exhaust system including the DPF of all carbon and soot build up.
