As NHN said, I done mine on axle stands so know your pain, if you can get another person to put a screwdriver in between the clamp and you hit it with a hammer underneath it should go, bare in mind however there are 3 "sleeves" that all need to be removed from the downpipe in that one clip.
Stage 1 with the intake and exhaust then go stage 2 with the high pressure fuel pump.
Or, jump straight to stage 2 with the HPFP on your shopping list too.
If you're willing to spend £1000 on a milltek you're best off getting a quote from a company that can custom make exhausts, the welds on millteks aren't great and don't last. And I'd imagine you could use the down pipe off a 3 door, however you'd need to check part numbers of the two downpipes...

Quite easily, tapping the empty DPF with a spanner, you'll know its been gutted.
Have a look into "terraclean" cleans the whole engine and exhaust system including the DPF of all carbon and soot build up.
