A3 Sportback, poor car for driving fans?

Interesting... I had an 8L model and it was a bit the same. Took the info from the stickies to sort the suspension and completely re engaged with the car. It really came alive. Question is why it didn't get made like this in the first place....

    S3 Superchips, See Below

Spin, I keep the car on the variable service scheme, not earlier or anything special. It tells me when it needs servicing and I service it. Works out between 15-18k between services. When I had it remapped at 5k, it used to blow through into "limp mode" with the turbo overboosting. I think...

    S3 Superchips, See Below

Dave, I have 110k miles since my superchips remap, and its driven hard for most of that time (hours at 100mph+ on autobahns.. Ediburgh-Zurich in one shot for instance). No misfires whatsoever. Still running like a train. I have every confidence in Superchips. (and no I dont work for them).

can anyone from Scotland be able to help

Yours is an 8P which is more plug and play... The 8L is more work. I tied mine in with a visit to Manchester to see Craig who supplied and fitted it. Well worth the travel to get the job done professionally. So in a word, fitted in Scotland... not sure. There is a lot of info in the ICE...
