well i blew the amp or it gave up but they traced the wired and then figured out which wires went where and hooked it up to a new amp from kicker with new sub, stock speakers sound a lot better and the kicker sub is a lot better than bose 6inch mega box thing so ya professionally done .took them...

have you run through the basic settings, sometimes you don't need to do this but these cars are sensitive

ai its a bitch.. the speaker wires into the amp are different to the ones out the amp the wires are only 2 inside a group of 6 (bose system) you will have to cut and splice your self and need to figure out which one is which.its possible and doable but i paid for this instead of diy

yes unless you have a haldex controller but i assuming he doesn't. it would be cool to see like the gtrs how much torque or power is applied to the rear like the attessa system that shows how much split is been applied to the front

quattro is always on.... the haldex works with a 5 to 10 % slip in normal driving much like nissan attesa system

remember which valves went were if you don't plan on grinding them or if your using new valves then you must seat them properly have you decide on software yet as that tuner will determine which turbo to get, example would be taking a bmw to merc to modify, they can do it but not as good as...

these cars are very fuel sensitive.. in my car just changing brands caused my car to ****** timing, so maybe change filter and runs sometime of octane booster just in cases

you will not see 40mpg, even with custom software with fuel trim it will be a stretch. and if your basing your decision on fuel usage then i would rather look at a tdi. doesn't have to be a3 (330d) and still have a cool car my tax free cent
