My opinion is always right..............to me. Not saying it's right for others, just expressing. I can't say for sure, but am pretty convinced that the S/RS5 has a seating position that's nearer to the ground in comparison to the S/RS3. I wouldn't have this type of car without a bucket...

The seating position is hugely important in this type of car (or it should be), and the RS3 has it wrong. It's a RS, should have a better option than the S available. Super Sports Seats are not low enough, not supportive enough for spirited driving, nor do they look great - I think they are...

The more I see of Nardo the more I think it's the wrong colour for this car.

I'd suggest that all Audi's, with the exception of possibly only the R8, can easily be used as everyday cars. That is the beauty of Audi S and RS: they are sporty versions of practical cars, but not 100% focussed driving machines, because of that they don't compromise on year round usability...

I love these posts. I can afford a much more expensive product, but choose not to as I don't want to spend that much money. I agree though, less into cars, more into property! Unless those cars are depreciation proof that is. Why didn't you order the F Type? They are absolutley superb cars...

They need to be about 6 inches further apart and more set into the diffuser, possibly even with black tips (Akrapovic style). This looks a bit like an aftermarket effort that doesn't quite fit perfectly.

Like the look of the Golf, although those two exhausts don't look right. Too big to be that close to the centre of the car.

Some of you RS3 order placers are somewhat insecure about your future cars. If you are happy with it then who cares what else is out there or what else anyone thinks. We all have different desires from our cars, just accept other opinions and don't get so uptight when other cars are better than...

Had they taken the seats/seating position from the new TT, that would have made a huge difference to the RS3.

Neither the RS3, nor the S3 were ever going to be the best in their sector. Straight line speed/power is only one element of a fairly big picture. It's the other areas that make Audi's fall behind the opposition.

SuperSports in the demo I drove. Far too high! I don't think there is much, if any, difference, despite what a "technician" at Audi said.

If the front diff works well, it could make this the fastest in a straight line and when you throw a corner at it. Very surprised Audi haven't offered this yet, it would vastly improve the set up. The looks of the A45 are growing on me somewhat the more I see, but it still isn't a looker.

The only good thing is that they will fold down and make the boot bigger. As far as any rear seated passenger is concerned they are virtually pointless (including children/toddlers), and it would quickly become a pain in the ***.

Wheels are slightly modern looking, an anthracite/gunmetal version would be great. Far better than the dull as dishwater Rotor's. If the car comes out looking like that it will be the best looking hatch out there. How it drives is anyone's guess.

Yeah, supposedly less than £30k too. Will undoubtedly drive well and the looks are growing on me (Although not that baby blue). Worth a drive when they are available.

Disappointing if I'm going to be honest. Had a go in the new TTS too and it's far more enjoyable to drive, despite being down on power.

Agree with you entirely. Not special enough to merit the cost of upgrading from a S3. TTS on the other hand, if you can do without the rear seats, it's well worth it!
