Problem with buying from an independent when it's still within warranty is that there are a few RS3's that have been remapped and then put back to std as the ECU needs to be opened a claim under warranty could be rejected whilst a main dealer Car is insuring you against this.

Not a straight forward swap as I think the Buckets also deletes front side Airbags and if there not a must have on your list there is a lot more Cars to choose from.
