The RS3 is on the old chassis granted but it is still an RS. Lets see what the new S3 can achieve that's a fair comparison! I won't be surprised if its rated as a " better drivers car" for "real driving enthusiast" but lets be honest unless your Chris Harris you won't get the most out of that...

I like it. Not 100% sold on the steering wheel but who cares when it's an RS3 simply awesome car. Plus I'm sure it's a grower how couldn't it be!!!! Keep the write ups coming its like reading an Evo magazine review!! :)

Cracking write up. I spy a red steering wheel. Was this for sale in Cardiff Audi I'm sure Ash posted a picture of a red RS3 with red and black interior. Any interior shots???

I totally agree. Personally I would have them straight back to have them checked. Just saying we did have them checked countless time and they are fine even with the squeek. Better be safe than sorry at the end of the day!! No one wants failing brakes on a performance car like the RS3!!!

An S3 we have had since new (now 40,000 miles) has had squeeky brakes since new. Never had an issue when braking hard though very good. Only happens at about 10mph and lower. Have been checked by Audi and both discs and pads are fine loads of wear left in them.

I'm surprised they did that must be a good dealer. I know they give a car to use if they don't meet the delivery time normally a fleet A4 etc but that's a good deal. even if you would have cancelled your order I'm sure a Suzuka grey Rs3 would shift itself very quickly!!!

Is it a special colour looks like sprint but obviously they've scrapped that. (worst decision Audi have made)

I saw my first 1M yesterday and it definitely has presence on the road. Good choice and good car from what I've read!!!

The latest Evo magazine they put the M1 against TTRS, 370z and cayman R. Surprisingly they rated the M1 better than the TTRS which is obviously going to be a sportier chassis than the RS3. Personally if I had been waiting for the RS3 I'd be swaying to the M1 or saving up abit for a TTRS

Fingers crossed the new A3 will take a similar shape to those!!! For the RS3 they are using a proved product. Low developmental cost + high premium = big bucks Audi!!

I thought they were 19s :sadlike! Plus have to agree like the rs4 rims were overused now these 5 spokes are on loads of models they should be only on RS models not on black editions as well I'd be disappointed to pull up in my rs5 or rs3 next to a 2.0tdi BE with the same rims
