    its easy mate, dont worry :) there are how to vid on youtube on how to put the connector on, they use cutters but you can use a stanley knife, just make sure you dont have any of the outer braiding touching the stinger (thick copper in the middle) otherwise youll get problems :)

    yea im in preston 20mins from blackpool ha, so a tad far, its stupid as they put the aerial faceplates on but yet leave the aerials and amps, thats what i was getting called out for was to fit an aerial and amp and a coax from the back of the sky box to the amp to run sky around the house easy...

    yea, its like it in every new build i go in, its daft, but yea, you can find cheaper amps but as said needs to be powered :) with the aerial, look outside to see which way all other aerials are facing and just string yours up high up, saves getting a bracket, its not asif it is windy up there...

    f type are screw in, they are perfectly fine :) and less chance of failing than the RF type (push in), been fitting aerials near on 10 years :)

    its the same for all builds, its a wonder that aerial is actually working with the wait it is facing, all you need is a 6way aerial amp if you want them all connected, but it would need to be powered so you would need a plug socket up there aswell.

    i converted my tl-01 chassis into drift spec, gets quite expensive, as said look for the tt-01 chassis as its the newer version than the tl-01 there quite cheap now aswell if you want to build yourself, you can pick ready made drifters from about £250-£550. but all depends on your budget :)

    yea, every new telly you buy now they try and get you to buy there super duper gold plated cables, had a recent customer ask me if it was worth it and i said take it back and gave him one out of my van and said that will work just as well, tried it with me when i went looking for my new telly...

    Ahh right. my cables are all hidden. i was a home entertainment installer for 7yrs and was using all the highend cables with the systems i installed. but never saw the point in getting them myself :)

    as said above, you need the ones which are v1.4 which is for 3d ive just got some cheap £3 ones off ebay 3m ones for my panasonic 3d telly and they work fine, ive had expensive ones in the past and tbh cant notice a difference in picture quality from cheapies to expensive :)

    how was the panasonic the worst tv ever owned? you seen one side by side to a sony? panasonic wins everytime, yea when plasmas and flatscreens 1st started to appear sony were the tv to have, but there shocking now
