oh dear 2.5tdi and fluttering noises can end up in turbo's being replaced, either that or egr pipe cracked. also split boost pipes can cause this but noise would be more of a hissing noise as well. best you book it in a get it looked at properly, you never know it might just be normal noises!

no as far as im aware we have only got them on 1.8t non s3 but bailey do do a s3 kit and yes they do have to go in to the intercooler pipe or else they dont run correctly
