Right, fitted new N75 vacuum switch and twitched up the actuator arm by another 2 full turns . 13psi in the lower gears , and 11 to 12 in the higher gears with no spiking of the boost pressure . Happy fella now . Time to get it remapped now . Brad .

Thanks Matt. I am adjusting mine this afternoon , and fitting a new N75 vacuum switch. I was also going to have a look at my throttle position sensor , as the Torque app I use says that I never use full throttle. It obviously doesn't know who's driving .:)

Went to sort it out this afternoon , and it ended up being a blown pipe . Fixed it and now the boost isn't as strong :(

Had my turbo actuator rod snap on me a couple of weeks ago so bit the bullet and purchased a Forge MSport one. Bing. A quick check online said that to position the wastegate in a closed position , then turn the adjuster nut a furthest 3 full turns to take out the slack . Since its been fitted...

What is the standard boost for a 2.0t fsi psi wise. I will need to know this before I alter the length of the bar. Don't want to over boost.

I can't quite make out the connection in that shot, but thanks Al. I have managed to find a linkage picture, but it's from a Golf, but it does give me an idea of what I'm looking for.

Its going to be fun connecting that back up. I can just about see the waste gate on the back of the manifold. Looks like I will be getting some grazed knuckles tomorrow. Does anyone know what the connection at the waste gate end looks like. Brad.
