crunch

Hi. DPF light came on...long story short got it cleaned from a company called Flash Cleaning...they removed DPF and EGR Cooler...cleaned them...put back in...Remapped my Car and car drives perfect now with no DPF issues ...BUT The S-tronic box now makes like a crunching noise in gear changes...

Hey guys, im brand new to this forum. Im coming here because unfortunately, ive found a lot of metal in my transfer case and gearbox. Something seems to be making a crunching sound while in reverse as well. Ive stopped driving my car until i get a gearbox recondition & new transfer case...

As the title says, my gearbox is crunching when I change gear, but only in 5th and is seems to only happen if I'm doing like 50+ mph?!?? Anybody have any ideas? I'm thinking Synchro or linkage, so I've bought the linkage, haven't installed because the bottom end is coming out for polybushing...
