door lighting

Hi, I was working away (without the car) and thought it would look good if I bought some of the 4 ring entry flood lights. However when I got home and checked the car it doesn’t even have the lights in to start (amateurs mistake). Does anyone know if it’s possible to retrofit the flood lights...
