DVLA NUMBER PLATE REQUEST
Hi guys, I am after a private reg which hasnt been issued before. RegTransfers said they can get it released for me by the DVLA but I will have to pay a £300 "finders fee"?? Can i not just contact the DVLA and get them to release it for me for free? if so, How?? Your help on this will be...- U_Pharm1
