tv tuner

Hi all, I've just bought a 2015 Audi A3, recently imported from Japan. I've noticed its got TV Tuner as an option in the MMI but it looks like it's set to Japan. Is it possible to tune to my country (Ireland)? Not a huge amount of settings on screen and the car manual is completely in Japanese...
