finally got it done - 04 plate 3,2Q with hoefle rs4 single frame grille. looks better in the flesh than the photo:

not cheap, but for those pre-facelift not willing to splash out on the new S3 (especially us 3.2'ers) its not a bad compromise - about £800 with paint and fitting

I dunno,the bonnet looks like it's been popped.
Could the panel gap not be tightened ?
Mind you,going by some of the threads on here,Audi themselves wouldn't be able to get the gap tighter !

I must admit I wasn't keen on the new nose when it was released but I think it's growing on me... still for another 800 quid they can keep it! Still thinking about getting the lip done on mine just waiting for the bank account to fill up.

thats sort of what i was saying about it looking better in real life - the photo does sort of make it look like the bonet has been popped but in the flesh it looks really nice, i;ll try and get some better pics
