1.8 N/A cams in a 1.8t?

right, ive had enough of this lag, going to put stock ex cam back in. i now have a 1.8t stroker using tfsi crank shaft, dual BB gt35 63ar and a 1.8t bam with a knock off china gt35 82ar journal is making the same boost as me @ 4k rpm..10 psi. difference is im using a 1 bar spring in my waste gate hes using an 18 psi spring, would it make that much difference just the spring???

That could potentially be contributing to it. But there are many variables.
For instance who mapped the cars?
I'd be consulting my mapper before upping wastegate pressure
 
Don't get hung up on spool/boost though...

Larger turbo may not spool as soon as smaller ones for obvious reasons but will make more power/torque from the extra flow...
