I'm looking to help a friend out who recently bought a 2003 A4 avant. For piece of mind he wants to replace the cambelt. It's an AWX 1.9tdi engine. Is there any guides or how to's on how to do it? I've heard it's quite a straight forward replacement as far as cambelts go. Need to gather a list of tools required and get the right belt too. Am I also right in thinking the AWX is not a PD engine?
