18" 5 spoke on A4 B7 S-line saloon. Which tyres?

Planning to fit Falken 452 tyres to the 18" alloys.
Which size would be best for my kinda gentle "considerate to the car" driving style; 225/40/18 or 235/40/18? Or, is the 225/45/18 an option?

The standard tyre size is 235/40/18 so I'd stick with them.

After some investigation of the characteristics of the 225-v-235 with same aspect (40), I notice that the Static and Dynamic radii are almost identical. So, apart from the marginally increased width (4.5%) and air volume (10%) there's little to chose between them.
However, when it comes to cost there sure is: Falken 452's from Camskill: 225/40/18 - £66.30; 235/40/18 - £88.50. A whopping 33%.
Apparently, there's an economy of scale at work here. The 225 size has significantly higher demand than the 235, hence the relatively disproportionate price differential.
Decision time, then!
