19" alloy wheels stove enamel or paint

bought a6 allroad with 19" wheels previous driver has hit all 4 wheels badly so need to get corrected my problem is i am self employed and need car for work i can get someone to come to house and repair and paint wheels on site for £250 or take to stove enamelers for £300 but they need car for 3 days i have tried to find a set of wheels to tide me over but no luck
any preference on here stove or paint want them gunmetal

I think both quotes are cheap. Iirc I paid around £500 for mine to be done. Full refurb and powder coated in anthracite grey.
