1998 a3 1.6 miss fire on cold HELP PROBLEM!!!

Hello

Basically what it is I have an A3 1.6 8v 1998 and if the car is cold and when I put my foot down a little I get some sort of miss fire but doesn’t seem as harsh as a miss fire it’s more of a hesitation when I put foot my down the power comes and goes also it does it when warm but not as much
Sorry its a bit brief but I can’t really describe what it’s like… any help will be great full thank you very much

P.S I got told that it could be coil pack as the car was only serviced 2 months ago

FIRSTLY YOU DON'T NEED TO USE CAPS!! As normal lowercase is better..

Have you tried scanning the car? Checked spark plugs? Coil packs seem to be the culprit nowadays since they are old cars! Try change them and see if it cures it?

Sorry about the caps gops I had the miss firebefore my service and I change the plugs and got new ignition leads and still all the same il have check the coil pack is not breaking down is there a way to test thia
