2 stage esp button ?? Still kicks in :/ !

Today I was playing around with the ESP button, after activating it and giving it some stick of the mark it still cuts in cutting the power ! I then turned it on again, pressed and held it this time bringing up the little car skidding and displaying constantly "esp off".. Like this
But it still cuts the power when launching ! My question is, anyway it can be taken totally off ? And what's the difference between just pressing it only bringing up the skidding car and to having both displayed like the pic ?

Car thinks your not a good enough driver so doesnt trust your decision lol !

to the point it shouldnt limit power at all when turned off mine just spins like mad when its off like out of controll torque steer

Ahhaaahaa 😂 ... Well that's what I fort it should do ! But even with ESP off it won't let me launch without cutting the power for a millisecond !
