2004 A8 Coming/Leaving Home

Hi, I have a Audi A8 3.0 TDi and I want to enable coming/leaving home lights but i dont have auto lights or rain sensor. How do I enable this. I have VCDS. Thanks

Tell it you have a light sensor, it'll get an error for the sensor when you scan but it'll bring up the coming home lights option in the mmi, or retro fit the rain light sensor as I will be doing in the near future, I can't stand not having auto wipers

Ps its in the coding of the roof module

I told it that it has a light sensor but nothing came up in the mmi system. I coded it correctly. What do I do now? Please help.

The doesn't come up with anything in the mmi

Ok try recoding the roof module back to how it was then code the central electrics, try 3XXX as per this write up.

For me I just coded the light sensor and it came up on mmi

I've seen coming/leaving home option on MMI so I think you can turn it on/off from there. It should not be related to the fact you have lights sensor or not.
