2004 audi a3 centre console facelift conversion help!

Hi guys im looking to upgrade my centre console from my 2004 a3, to the newer facelift version, was just wondering if anyone could help me out alittle, by explaining to me if its even possible for a start, what ill be needing all together to complete the conversion, and if all the features and functions will work as they should or not...
any help is much appreciated
