Hi Will,
In the first video, is the engine actually turning? I can't make out if it is or isn't.
If it isn't turning, I'd also guess the starter motor is FUBAR, if it is turning, of course it could still be the starter motor, but something sounds rougher than a badger's ar5e!

Its not turning over, just squelching and emitting a high pitched constant beep noise, like an electrical alarm or warning sound. I am going to replace the start motor definitely first. Logical first move as it has been the first thing everyone agrees with, then check the flywheel and ring gear. The EGR, Throttle Body and Cat are possibly blocked up tight too
