Hi, hoping someone on here might be able to help.

Took the car into the garage due to a rusted turbo bearing, turbo was replaced and now have a strange problem. Struggles to pull away in 1st, and then about 50% of the time in second there will be no acceleration/boost, if you take your foot off the accelerator and back on it's fine. Flies through the rest of the gears.

Garage has tried the following:
- Replaced N75 valve
- Replaced MAF sensor
- Replaced ECU
- Replaced EGR valve / temporarily blanked EGR
- Smoke test for boost leaks
- Checked all connections
- Hook turbo up to gauges
- Replaced pedal switches
- Checked cat for any blockages - none found

Any ideas of what else it could be? No fault codes shown either.

I had similar hesitation issues on mine.. Took it to Halfords for a fuel filter change and fuel system chean and it worked perfectly. Failing that have you considered if the injection loom maybe faulty ? ... Common fault on A3 2.0 tdi's.
