...........can these be fitted if the car has factory running boards on please?. Typically the Audi dealer i spoke to seems to think not due to the '' board'' mountings?. Thanks in advance.

...........thanks mate. I thought they would as i assume they fit in the inner wheel well?. Typical main dealer who knows F*$k all again!!!!:icon thumright:

Well having spoke to the main dealer who i'm getting the car from is insisting there are no part numbers for the F/R mud flaps for a 2018 SQ5?. Any body got the part numbers for them please?.

...........thanks again, will get back on to them. I take it they go straight on with no ''cutting'' from any plastic etc?.

No, they fit as per the Audi Instructions, you need to notch the rear plastic, slit the liner to fit some clips, and then drill a hole in the plastic for a push in clip. All in plastic, and unseen, nothing in metal.

..........thanks again. Off to collect the car today & having spoke to the salesman over the weekend he did take on board what you had posted & had been looking on here so hopefully they should be fitted!!!!.:icon thumright:

............well got the car & no mud flaps fitted!!!!:frown new: dealer is insisting they cant get any to fit?. Also when i got home i noticed a small chip in the front screen!!!!. Car has been through the Audi approved 149 point check? & it was mentioned by the checker & apparently they did get a specialist windscreen person out who said they cant do anything with it. This was never mentioned to me when i picked the car up but when i got home i spoke with the dealer & there coming to collect the car for further inspection on Monday, iv told them inspect all you want, but you had better fit a brand new Genuine Audi screen so i will report back on the cars return.

Really fed up about the mud flaps as car has the running board & due to the fact they have done a load of that crap surface dressing to the roads close to me very time i drive the boards end up covered in loose chippings thrown up from the front tyres !!!.

They are idiots.

You could ask @creweaudiparts about mudflaps

I know I have read somewhere that mudflaps aren’t possible if wheels are certain size. So could be that as don’t think they can be fitted on cars with 21” and possibly not 20”.

Mk2 24 valave has them on his & his are 21' aloys. Car is back to the dealers today so there going to look at the S-Line ones that fit.

Fair enough, as I said thought I had read that, but to be honest may have been with with last gen1 Q5 and not this one

Glad they finally tried it and found they fit!

No idea why Audi have not specified them as SQ5 compatible, given the arch covers they fit onto are the same parts.

Great result mate, like pulling teeth it seems, but persistence paid off

............ & i wonder how many sales they have lost after saying '' sorry they don't fit''?

So, if I've followed all this correctly, the mudflaps for a Q5 S-Line will fit an SQ5 on 20-inch wheels, yes? According to Audi Parts Direct, the part numbers for these are are 80A075116 (front) and 80A075106 (rear). Does anyone have newer and better information than this before I order them up? :)

OK, so I now have a set of Q5 S-Line compatible mudflaps on the SQ5, and they are a perfect fit. However, they aren't OEM. Rather than pay £170 for Audi parts, I scoured eBay and found a set of Chinese copies for £48, shipped. Click here for details; the price has dropped since I bought them.

They arrived today, and took me an hour to fit. The fronts were quicker because I didn't need to remove the wheel, just turn the steeing onto full lock. It's too dark for pics today; I'll post some tomorrow.
