2018 TT Window problems

Hi everyone,

My wife has a 2018 TT. Just recently she has been having issues with the windows when getting into the car, normally when it is cold. She opens the door and the window goes down slightly as usual but when the door is open the window goes back up. I can fix it by bending the window while closing the door. We are going to take it back into Audi Amersham but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows a quick fix?

I have an 18 TT and notice that if I open the door too fast that it doesn's have time to roll down and the glass hangs a bit on the rubber seal. I am learning to pause when I place my hand on the door handle, allowing the window enough time to roll down a bit. Not sure this helps your situation though.
