Hi there,
I’m trying to use Carista to open my exhaust flaps, so downloaded the Beta app, and followed steps that previous people on this forum have had success with.
Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working on my 2019 S3 and Carista don’t seem to care, they’ve just said looks like it doesn’t work on your car. I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the WLTP changes
So I’m just wondering, have any 2019 S3 owners had success forcing flaps open with Carista?
Here’s what I’ve tried:
opening flaps in dynamic mode then turning off, putting ignition on
Engine on, in dynamic mode
Engine on, in dynamic mode and gearbox in S
Engine off, gearbox in S, ignition on
Flaps open, engine off, ignition on and in normal mode
All time exhaust flaps were open, but still won’t save.
When ignition is on, but engine off it says that the vehicle rejected it, and when engine on it says it’s having trouble communicating, however other options work like turning soundaktor down etc
