2wd R8.. should be quattro..

as the subject states.. i feel like my R8 is just rear wheel only...

no power seems to be going to the front at all..

i can throttle down about a qtr and get rear end spin and tail movement...

heard of a guy getting it sorted as his was simmilar..

anyone more info on this or is it a one of case?

The new quatty system in the R8 is supposed to put more to the rear. Isn't it now a 30/70 split. Where as the RS4 was a 40/60 split.

According to Ze Germans, up to 85% is sent to the rear.

Edit:- Just read your post properly, and I'd agree that you shouldn't be getting the rears to spin up on partial throttle. Could it be an ESP issue?

I've seen this before, one of the first cars we had in for development had a diff/gearbox issue and only had drive through the rear wheels... Audi sorted it out though!
