3.0 tdi rear shocks and discs replacement

Hi I'm changing the rear shock absorbers and discs on my Le Mans quattro.
Can anyone advise me on which ones to buy and where from please ?
Not looking to spend silly amounts on big upgrades
I'm happy with the current oem ones so anything similar cheaper than dealers.
I've seen a few different ones on ebay/ Ecp and gsf but no idea which ones to go for.
Any advice appreciated thanks

The problem with the ECP shocks is they are for standard chassis (not sports, s-line etc) If your just replacing the rear shocks only then I would just stick with the Audi ones (should get them cheaper from TPS)
