Was driving home from work yesterday and the engine management light came on for the 1st time since owning the car, got home and popped the bonnet and could see a very small puddle of what looks like coolant which has now dried and left a white mark where it was on the undertray at front of the car

So drove to work today and no EML warning light on dashboard and no visible coolant leaks when arrived at work

RAC came out today and the faults that showed where these, although he said he was not sure how old the faults where

P201400 Intake manifold damper sensor; electrical fault
- Intermittent

P013600 Lambda sensor 2 bank 1; electrical fault in circuit
- Intermittent

Does anyone know what these faults are likely to be and would a slow coolant leak cause them ?

I’ve had the thermostat and waterpump changed 5 years ago when the car was 5 years old, the car is now 10 years old so could it be the thermostat or waterpump leaking again and maybe the parts only have a 5 year life span ? Or could it just be an old hose maybe starting to crack or something ?

Car is a 2014 audi a3 1.8 tfsi

Just drove home from work and the engine management light is back again, not sure if the hotter temperature outside and using the air con is effecting it as nothing showed up this morning when driving to work as temperature was cooler and turned all heating off completely
