55 / 45 TFSI fuel economy

Hi there , I’m thinking of moving from S5 (Diesel. ) to either 55 TFSI or 45 TFSI . What kind of real world fuel economy do people get ?
my S5 has every possible option on it (launch model).. whilst I won’t be able to tick all boxes again, what do people consider the must have options in the A6 ?

Hello, I have a 55 and that was the only option that I needed. As far as wants, I wanted the BO as anything else I knew I could add later.

45 TFSI here.

Best consumption achieved on a long motorway drive: 42mpg.
Average out of town consumption on motorway/A roads: 36mpg.
Average over 6000 miles of mixed driving: 27mpg.
Central London average: 13mpg.

I agree the HD Matrix lights are great. However if you are buying new, HD matrix lights are no longer an available option. Sadly, the only way you can get them now is on the Vorsprung edition, which is something like an extra £18K on top of the S-Line
