Looking to fit the OEM 4H0 943 021 & 4H0 943 022. Will they throw an error message on my S3?

Nope. Straight fit. Sometimes play up every now and then but they sort themselves out after a few days for some reason

Fitted them on my 2009 Black Edition, look spot on!

If they do throw up an error, speak to T8ups about an adaptor.
