Just bumping this thread. Been told by ScottB5 that there is 5days left to get your tickets at the discounted rates.
Hopin to get more names down for this meet! Camping available or turn up on the day!! Click on the link in westys first post to find details!
 
I'll be there.Missed last year.Not a hope of camping though - staying in Birmingham.

When did you order it tuffty? Bought mine last Monday so hopefully it will turn up this week...
 
tickets are sent out in batches so take longer to arrive
 
You had one for the official discussion and this one pointing to that thread, then i have just come across the one containing 16 names already down on the list. :uhm: Oh well now im part of all 3 just to make sure you know im there!
 
Forgot to mention I had circa 70 members on the ASN stand for Audi Driver's do you think they all looked it up in the Events section. :uhm:

I agree, people do need to be informed about shows and what's going on.
But I also feel that there is an event section for events. If people wanted to go to events and be on a club stand they will check that section out, with out relaying on everything being handed to them in their section that I still think that allot of people don't ever leave.

But if we can post any where and ignore each sections, then ok. I shall follow that and ignore the structure of the forum (That's not enforced any way!!).
 
The most important bit, which I missed, is that people NEED to buy advance tickets to get a stand pass otherwise the asn stand is going to be pretty empty.

Buy tickets online and scroll down to find the stand pass bit.

I was not aware of that at all.
They never told me and I never noticed it mentioned any where.

Its obvious now the tickets are for sale but before then there no mention of it.

Seems to be standard for this show, not the others. Unless I've missed something.

Do it say on their web site that you need to order your club stand tickets before the show?
Did you know you needed to order your club stand tickets before the tickets went on sale?

Couple of people I spoke to never knew this (I never did and I've been emailing them) and was more than happy to wait till the day to get their tickets and get on the stand there, like other shows.

There was nothing that I noticed saying that you needed to get your stand tickets in advance.

See with Audi drivers, the stand passes get sent to ME! AitP obviously is only Audi, so no confusion there, but with GTI Inters, you need to order clubstand passes with your ticket, or you get sent to the main carpark away from your mates!
 
Thank fk I clicked the drop down then. Call me an old fashiond pendantic but i thought the big fk off letters saying CLUB DISPLAY with alpha dropdoens were a give away, Nice work events mod :lmfao:

Hang on, is no one getting this!!
I did not know you had to order the club stand passes at the time of ordering the tickets, Until the tickets went on sale.
Even then it was not clear that you had to order the club stand passes at the same time.
Like dane and others, I thought you could drive up and tell them what club you are with.

As for ADI. When entering, they asked for the club stand passes or they was going to direct us to the car park with everyone else, they was a little bit confused at first but finally let us.
 
Easy dude was only pulling yr leg. Tbh mate I didn't know, only noticed at point of order. At the end of the day Scott you haven't ordered the tickets on behalf of others so it's not yr fk u in any way. Surely if people who want to be on the ASN stand contact inters and explain/ request stand passes they could retro issue them, Or leave at the gate. I don't see why this should be a problem. Lets hope people see this and get on it.
