8P alloys on 8L- quick question

Will Audi S3 8P facelift alloys fit an A3 8L? Do I just need 5x100 to 5x112 adapter wheel spacers?

Yes, you will need 5x112 hub adaptors... get the proper ones with the steel inserts rather than the cheap ones that are just threaded into the alloy
