8V HEATED SEATS INTO NON HEATED 8P , possible?

Is it possible and how would I go about doing this?

Hi guys

I’ve got a spare set of s3 8V leather heated seats from an old car that I modified

my A3 8p is a 2011 model with just standard half leather S line interior (non heated)

Apart from the climate & heated seat controls.

what else would I need to do? Sorry if this has been done to death, but the other threads I’ve seen have different variables etc so I could do with some help please

You’d need the wiring loom from the back of the hvac unit from Kufatec possibly.

8V uses other connectors for heating and airbag but you should be able te repin them I guess.

Didn't knew the rails of the 8V chairs would fit an 8P.

They don’t, iirc from reading previous posts on here the 8v seats need the rails from an 8p fitting on them before fitting the car.
