So they’ve reduced the output of the system quite a bit?

Seems a lot of the manufacturers are doing this for some reason. The B&O in my 8v was epic… I’m finding the Burmester in my Merc quite lacklustre compared to it!

Yeah, looks like one more speaker but 25W of power lost. To be perfectly honest I wouldn't notice the 25W difference and am happy as long as the overall quality is high because I very rarely listen to my music at a significant volume. That's just me, but I imagine anyone buying the RS3 will be trying to listen to the 5-pot a lot more than music most of the time. Hahaha.

I'm just going by what I found with a quick search which came back with 705W.

… no idea where I got 850 from but my 590 watt Burmester cannot hold a candle to it!
