93 100 CS- Won't start?

Thanks for looking! I just picked up a 1993 100 CS Avant yesterday and it won't start. The car was driven all summer and then has been sitting since September. I dug it out of 3 feet of snow and then charged the battery, it won't start. I don't think its getting spark, it is however getting fuel. The radio is in "SAFE" mode, is there any relation to Anti-Theft for the car not starting.
Also, what is code for radio? Thanks again.

I fixed it, thanks for every ones help. Nobody could guess what the problem was, unless if you knew the mouse that chewed through the ignition coil wires coming from the computer!!! Seriously. The radio is still on "SAFE" mode??????

unless there is another mouse in the radio? I would think you should be able to reset it?
