A pillar trim removal

I want to remove the internal drivers a trim. It says airbag on it.
How do I go about safely removing it ? I want to run some cables for camera behind it

Use a trim removal tool, or be careful with a flat blade screw driver, to remove the airbag logo plastic clip. Then there is a screw behind, with a torx head. Then just pull

I’d disconnect the battery too for a while I case the airbag fires

i did one not long if my memory serves me right, plastic airbag sign prise out with trim tool pull away a little and slide up.
