Regardless of the car, 4 wheel is always better. But on a FWD car 2 wheel is usually enough, unless you know you've clonked the rear over a kerb/getting uneven were on the rear or something.
If the steering wheel is off centre it's an easy fix. I recommend finding somewhere with a Hunter rig - laser alignment (so super accurate) and it has a dedicated 'make the steering wheel straight' mode.
