A1 2021 Competition oil spec (2.0 T)?

I`m trying to find out the correct spec of oil for my car. All the oil company configurator`s give you 0W-20, but the dealer gave me a bottle of 5W-30 for top up. Never quite like the sound of the engine when its very cold on start up, as it sounds quite rattly. Would also like to change oil inbetween service`s, i know this is a seperate issue, but it`s something i have always done. Can`t seem to find any concrete info as to what is used. Don`t particularly trust dealer info

Direct petrol injection always sounds like a diesel when cold. My s3, similar engine, is the same and been like that since new. I’m using 5w30 for top ups. Not sure what the dealer uses for oil change though. Mine gets serviced every year or 10k.
