A1 Idling too fast

I have an 2019 s line A1. Only had it a few months. I have noticed that it’s idling far too high. It’s running at 1400 revs/m.
It’s rigid at this speed all the time, cold/warm ..needle never fluctuates, no erratic up and down.
I have tested for codes using obd11, but everything checks out perfect.
This wee car surely shouldn’t idle at this speed….should it?

Does it get up to temperature ok? Maybe the cold start system is staying active?

Yes I think you may be right Garret. Temperature rises to 90* perfectly…but revs do not come down. I was told by the company I bought it from to book it in to a local Audi dealer…turns out it’s a 6-8 week waiting period….then I have to pay £120 for a diagnostic…I don’t think so
