A3 1.8T AUM engine 2000 TIP needed can someone point me in the right direction

Hi Guys,

From what i have read i need a TIP which is better then the standard. Car has been mapped and i think the TIP needs to be replaced to ensure better flow. HELP PLEASE

ALSO THINKING ABOUT FMIC TO GO WITH IT IS THIS WISE??
