A3 2.0 TDI Dump Valve

Hi all

I have a A3 2.0 TDI 140BHP, i want a dump valve on it but i want the engine to sound ''beefier'' if you get what i mean before i do this.

Anybody got any ideas what i can do??

TDi engines dont use dump valves, if you want more noise change the intake/filter or you could always go for the Forge dump valve impersonator speaker bay mounted speaker thing if you fell like being laughed at.

Just drill the air intake box

A decent induction kit should help.

The Carbonion on my PD150 Leon makes the car sound more 'petroly' although it does sound like I may be hoovering up small children from the roadside!

No it dont, still sounds like a tractor running from the manifold when its idling!
